Simon Clark

Co-Founder | Creative Marketer | Property Practitioner

From award-winning hairdressing to building real estate brands, Simon's career has always been driven by creativity, precision, and personal connection.

A Wella International Trend Vision Award winner, seasoned columnist, Ironman finisher, and serial entrepreneur, Simon has never followed the crowd. He brings over 25 years of branding and communication experience to the property world - backed by a National Certificate in Real Estate (NQF 5) and a passion for getting deals over the line.

With a background in public broadcasting, he now co-hosts The Property Plot on Luister FM - a weekly radio show that brings professional real estate insight directly to your ears (and adds unique exposure to every property we list).

Monique McManus

Co-Founder | Strategist | Property Practitioner

Monique brings over two decades of experience in design, business, and strategic planning, having worked with national fashion retailers like Edcon and Billabong before transitioning to real estate in 2021.

Her academic background in Fashion Design and Technology from NMMU merges creative thinking with meticulous execution. With a proven ability to close multi-million-rand deals, Monique is known for her uncompromising professionalism, deep industry insight, and strong ethical values.

She holds a National Certificate in Real Estate (NQF 5) and is in the final stages of becoming a Principal Estate Agent - ready to elevate our service even further.
